Creating a positive impact on and off the pitch

FThree is Manchester City’s largest catering partner, employing over 1500 people on site.

Our brief was to aid F3 to win retain the contract with the club, which would secure jobs and business for the next 10 years.

Recruitment campaign, Website design, Print design, Storyboarding, Video production, Post production

As part of the growth plan, we worked with the senior team to create a training program for all staff.

The result was a training academy called ‘Formation Academy’ – a youthful take on a traditional football academy, designed to feel fresh, engage and take the clubs home talent on a new journey.

This new brand, look and feel was completed late 2020 and is being rolled out across the entire Club.

We continue to work closely with the organisation on this and many new and exciting projects now the account has been secured.
